Pretty in Pink

and green, and cream and grey too. These beautiful sisters were a dream to photograph. I seriously could have photographed them all night but when it got dark we had to wrap it up. It was awesome working with such beautiful ladies -hope you enjoy a LONG preview from our session -I just could not cut it down!

Summer Lovin'

Had me a blast.

Anyone with kids knows how (frustrating! aggravating! soul-crushing!) hard it is to get a picture of them in the same frame. And even better -smiling. And even, EVEN better -smiling and looking at the camera or looking like they are fond of one another in any way. It's really the perfect storm of photography.

They do love each other, it's so lovely when they show it.













After this they went inside and fought over who gets the orange Popsicle, Emme hit Noah over the head with her stuffed cow and everyone went to bed early.

Class of 2010-Alex

I met up with this super cool guy tonight for his Senior pictures. I love love love it when my clients are up for anything and have great ideas of their own as well. It makes the session really fun and we get lots of cool pics like these- a few from our session tonight . . .

Loved

And adored. And cherished. This precious little girl is the light of her parents' world. She's got her mommy and daddy wrapped around her tiny pinkie finger at only 11days old-it is so sweet how they dote on her. Every child should be this loved.

It was wonderful meeting your family today -thanks so much for the chocolate and enjoy this sneak peek!

Class of 2010-Mackenzie

Mother Nature finally had mercy on us and we were able to finish up this session, but, seriously, I could have photographed this gorgeous girl all day. I thought it was so sweet that her Mom calls her "Sunshine" (don't kill me Mackenzie, k?) but can't you see why? What a beauty, inside and out. Here's a preview from our session . .

And then it poured . . .

A quick peek of my senior session this evening. Just after we started we heard thunder, the skies darkened and down came the rain. We still captured a few images in the beautiful pre-storm light . . .
